Password for pension calculator
A password is required to access the pension calculator.
If you have never signed in to the calculator, your temporary password matches your date of birth in the format YYYYMMDD. For example, if your date of birth is February 28, 1980, your temporary password is 19800228. Once you have signed in with your temporary password, you will be prompted to change it and given the option of setting up a challenge question.
If you forget your password and have set up a challenge question, you can reset your password by going to Calculate my pension. Select Have you forgotten your password? under the Sign in button. You will be prompted to enter your employee number and answer your challenge question. You will then be able to choose a new password.
If you forget your password and did not set up a challenge question, call the Pension Centre.
