The Group RSP Payroll Deduction Authorization Form

Existing GRSP members – use this form to increase or decrease your existing GRSP payroll contribution percentage. The contribution percentage can only be changed once every six months.

The Canada Post Voluntary Savings Plan (VSP) enrolment form

Existing Group RSP members – use this form to enrol in the VSP. Also use this form to select the VSP contribution percentage you wish to have deducted each pay, make your VSP investment selections, open a spousal VSP and designate beneficiaries.

Automatic Cheque Plan Authorization form

This form enables Group RSP members to contribute to their GRSP account while on a legislated leave of absence.

Appointment of Trustee or Administrator for a Minor Beneficiary

Group RSP members – use this form to appoint a Trustee or administrator if your designated Group RSP beneficiaries are minors.
